云南地震预警及人工速报定位偏差

The Location Deviation Analysis of Yunnan Earthquake Early Warning and Manual Earthquake Rapid Reporting

  • 摘要: 选取2022年1月1日至2023年2月28日云南地震预警网触发的云南省及邻区50 km以内、预警震级M≥3.0的预警首报及与之相对应的云南地震台网人工速报结果,对比全国统一编目结果,分析云南地震预警及人工速报结果定位偏差。结果显示:① 云南台网地震预警与人工速报均未发生误报、漏报现象,地震预警触发率达100%;② 对于云南省内地震,预警首报平均用时可达8 s,编目震级M≥4的地震预警首报用时均为3~8 s以内;③ 对于台站分布均匀的地震事件,地震预警震中位置准确率和人工速报相比差别不大;④ 全国统一编目结果为3.0≤M≤5.0的预警震级与编目震级匹配较好,其震级参数具有可靠参考价值。最后,对地震预警系统在云南预警网中的应用提供建议与意见,并为进一步提高预警定位准确性提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: Selecting the first earthquake early warning report of M ≥ 3.0 within 50 km of Yunnan Province and adjacent areas produced by the Yunnan Earthquake Early Warning Network Integration System from January 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023, and the corresponding results of Yunnan Earthquake Network's manual earthquake rapid reporting, comparing the results of national unified earthquake cataloging, the location deviation of Yunnan earthquake early warning and manual earthquake rapid reporting results were analyzed. The results show that: (1) there are no false or missed reports in the earthquake early warning and manual earthquake rapid reporting of Yunnan Network, and the triggering rate of earthquake early warning reaches 100%; (2) the average time for the first report of earthquake early warning in Yunnan Province is 8 seconds, and the first report time of earthquakes with the cataloging magnitude of M ≥ 4 in Yunnan Province is within 3~11 s; (3) for earthquake events with uniform distribution of stations, there is not much difference between earthquake early warning and manual rapid reporting in terms of the accuracy of earthquake epicenter location; (4) when the cataloging magnitude is 3.0 ≤ M ≤ 5.0, the earthquake early warning magnitude matches well with the manual earthquake rapid reporting, and its magnitude parameters have reliable reference value. Finally, it provides suggestions and opinions on the application of earthquake early warning systems in the Yunnan Early Warning Network, and provides suggestions and measures for further improving the locating accuracy of early warning.
