城市地震应急管理中的组织与过程分析

ANALYSIS OF ORGANIZATION AND PROCESS IN THE URBAN EARTHQUAKE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

  • 摘要: 结合地震应急工作的特点, 分析了城市地震应急管理的组织结构, 并结合地震应急管理的过程, 对不同组织在地震应急不同阶段的需求进行了分析, 最后提出了在不同地震应急阶段的应急对策。

     

    Abstract: Based on the characteristic of earthquake emergency, the organization framework of urban earthquake emergency management is studied.After analyzing the need of different organization in different stage of earthquake emergency, the countermeasures are presented.
