The new Perception of Seismotectonic Structure in Northern Area of Shandong

Based on petroleum geophysical prospecting data, this paper studies the seismic tectonics and its activity in northern area of Shangdong province. We get new results on whether the Wudi-Yidu fault extended to Dongying depression and the relationship between the seismic activity characteristics and earthquake controlling tectonics in Huimin-Zhucheng seismic belt. This is important for understanding the evaluation of seismic risks and research of earthquake prediction in northern area of Shandong.
