The Active Characteristics of the Shexian Fault and the Evaluation of Its Impact on Zhaishang Super-large Bridge

  • The Zhaishang super-large bridge is a 995 m long bridge proposed to build across the Qingzhang River, near the Shexian fracture. The relationship between the fracture and bridge location, the characteristics and activities of the fault is determined with the application of shallow seismic exploration technique, and it will provide the basis for seismic design of the bridge.
