Co-seismic Response Characteristics of Groundwater Level in Tianjin Based on Volumetric Strain Inversing of Aquifer

  • Taking WenchuanMS8.0, Japan MW9.0, Nepal MS8.1 as instances, this paper analyzed the co-seismic response characteristics of 7 wells' groundwater level in Tianjin. On this basis, we inversed the volumetric strain of this 7 wells' aquifer. The results show that, the variations of the volumetric strain of aquifer inversing by groundwater level with earthquake can realistically reflected the strain variation of the location borehole.
