Assessment of Temporary Placement Capacity of Urban Emergency Evacuation Site: Take Shijiazhuang as an Example

Taking the emergency shelters in Shijiazhuang city of Hebei Province as an example, using the ArcGIS analysis model, we analyze the public service facilities space layout and the bearing capacity of the emergency shelter according to their coverage areas, distances, routes and seating capacity. The study may provide scientific basis for improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of the emergency evacuation site, reducing casualties and property losses.
