Study on Water Detection and Well Determination Technology in Water-Deficient Area of Weifang Xiashan

  • The natural and geographical conditions, geological structures, especially hydrogeological conditions of the Xiashan area are studied comprehensively, and the groundwater aquifer distribution and occurrence law, the basic characteristics of groundwater migration, and the control of geological structures on karst development and groundwater movement in Weifang are combined to determine the water exploration target area. The high density resistivity method was used to estimate the distribution location, size, buried depth and development of the fracture zone, and to evaluate the water rich property. Verified by drilling, it has achieved good effect for water wells, may provide a reference for water detection and well determination in water-deficient mountain area.
