THE ORDERED FEATURE OF THE EARTHQUAKES OF Ms≥5 OCCURRED ON YANSHAN AND SHANXI PROVINCIAL SEISMIC BELTS

This paper analyzes the migration regularity of the earthquakes of Ms≥5 occurred on Yanshan seismic belt since 1673 and on Shanxi provincial seismic belt sioee 1815, it is considered that the earthquakes are strongly ordered and an explanation has been presented. By practical examination in nearly two years, it was proved that the ordered feature is reliable, therefore it can be used as a method to predict carthquake-generating places. In the current paper, it is pointed out that the window area of Yanshan seismic belt is its western area and that of Shanxi provineialseismic belt is its southern area, which has provided a new idea for detection of seismic situation.
