THE APPLICATION FOR THE PULSANT PREDOMINANT PERIOD OF THE SUBSOIL IN ENGINEERING SEISMICS

on the test results of subsoil pulsant predominant period (SPPP)and shear wave velocity,through analysis to the earthquake response,we take SPPP as the criterion of the type of site soil and the classification of site.It can be used in the regression analysis of earthquake response for an engineering site.Combined with the probabilistic analysis to earthquake risk,it can also be used in the design of engineering seismics.
