METHOD TO PREDICT THE ANNUAL EARTHQUAKE TENDENCY IN NORTH CHINA AREA WITH SUPPOR VECTOR MACHINES CLASSIFICATION
Taking Earth rotation rate and strain release of the global over 7 earthquakes as predicting factors, a classification model of Support Vector Mathines to forecast earthquake intensity in North China area is established.As the accuracy of prediction is 0.93, it shows the method is useful.
