SAME PROBLEMS IN THE ESTIMATION OF SEISMIC RISK FOR FIRST CLASS BUILDINGS
Based on the existing criterion, the method to estimate the seismic risk for first class buildings is discussed.Taking the central building for disease prevention and control of Hebei Province as example, we analyzed the results from several methods and considerations, determined the final algorism, and its rationality is also discussed.
