Abstract
Based on the microseismic data in Lin-xian region observed by temporary station network, the Composite fault plane solution of micro-earthquakes has been obtained with stereographic projection of first p-wave motion。The present stress field inferred in Lin-xian region is as follows: the direction of maximum pricipal stress is of NE78°, and its angle of elevation is of 49°;the direction of minimum principal stress is of NW330°, and its angle of elevation is of 14°.In addition, the relationship between Lin-xian region and North China stress fields has been briefly discussed.
