  • The fault gouge was collected from the Ke Ke Tuo Hai-Er Tai fault Zone in Xinjiang autonomos rcgiont.The content of clay minerals and clastic fragment was analysed.The mechanical behaviors of fault gogue were studied under the confining pressurr of 100-300Mpa. And the correlation between them and the clay content and moisture content was discussed.
